My First Space.NK Experience and Haul!

As I am from the south of England, there are not many Space.NK shops around. Well... at least a forty minute drive away. So, when I went to London, I definitely was going to make a trip to Space NK. Especially as they withhold brands again that are not particularly found down south, such as Becca, Nars, Kiehl's and Kevyn Aucoin. Currently, they have the most delightful and leading Christmas gifts for those who love beauty. Ranging of sets from Lipstick Queen and Laura Mercier. My first experience of Space.NK was, altogether, fantastic and here's a haul of what I got...

Firstly, I walked into the beauty-addicts aesthetically pleasing shop and was instantly in my element. The range of products is phenomenal and all brands that are of high quality. Therefore, I knew I was to expect quality and I did receive that in service and products.

I wanted to get my hands on the Nars Sheer Glow as I have heard nothing but five-star reviews of the product. The shop assistant quickly matched me to the colour even applying it all over my face. The foundation was so light but has a fantastic coverage. The shop assistant told me that the foundation was buildable and he was right. Although, he applied it to a medium coverage it can be light or even full coverage.
I was matched with Santa Fe in Sheer Glow. It is the perfect shade for me in the winter months. I have very yellow toned/olive skin and Nars have a great range of colour for this skin tone. Then my eyes drifted to the very admired Radiant Creamy Concealer and I found myself asking to be matched in that too. A not so smart move for me just before Christmas because I was inevitably going to fall in love with that too. And I did! This covers up bags so well; making you appear to have had a full 10 hours sleep every day for 10 years. Not only this, it is a great highlighter. I was matched to the shade Honey which is more pink toned to get rid of the blue undertones in my bags.

Nars genuinely is a luxurious brand that is well worth investing in. I've now been using this foundation and concealer for under a week and have been complimented many times for the quality of my skin.

Just to add even more to the delightful experience, I was having in Space NK. The sales assistant gave me a bunch of samples that I have tried and are now on my wish list...

Eve Lom Cleanser:  The idea of this cleanser is that you apply it to your face, damp the muslin cloth and wet your face with it and then massage the cleanser off. This sample is extremely generous and if you are contemplating buying it then it is worth requesting one. The actual cleanser is very pricey so trying the sample may be a good idea if you have sensitive skin. But, let me just say, a sample is not needed for this wonderful product. I am amazed and it is now sat on my wish list. I have not broken out from it and it cleans your skin thoroughly, leaving it moisturised and replenished.

Rodial Dragon's Blood Hyaluronic Acid Night Cream: My favourite sample of them all and I will be purchasing this after the very expensive Christmas period. This is literally the cream of dreams. I was lucky enough to receive two samples of this. The Hyaluronic Acid works its absolute wonders in fighting any unwanted blemishes and fine lines that may want to appear in the morning. This cream really penetrates deep into your skin as you're sleeping leaving it fully hydrated and brightened.

Kiehl's Daily Reviving Concentrate: Day oil's are very scary as you don't want to go through the day looking like you've just been to the gym for a hard workout. However, Kiehl's Oils sink straight into your skin leaving a moisturised and radiant look to your skin all day. This vividly makes your skin look healthy and revived whilst restoring your skin's natural defence against daily aggressors. I already own the Midnight Recovery Oil and will be purchasing this one too.

Overall, my Space.NK adventure was a job well done. I've come away with a leading foundation and concealer in the makeup world and a very expensive wish list. But not only this, Space.NK have introduced me to two new brands, I know I'll always purchase from now.

Have you tried any of these products? Are there any dupes that are not as expensive? Do you love Nars as much as me? Comment below and let me know what you think...
