Zoeva Rose Golden - Blush Palette and Eyeshadow Palette Review

Zoeva Rose Golden Blush Palette and Eyeshadow Palette
Zoeva... Zoeva...Zoeva, where have you been all my life? After doing a twitter poll, about whether to buy a Zoeva eyeshadow palette or a Morphe eyeshadow palette, the majority said Zoeva. Beauty bay was getting an order. Yes, as you can see I ended up buying the eyeshadow palette and the blush palette too. When my eyes spotted the words 'Rose Golden', it was evident I was going to purchase both these products. The eyeshadow palette, as you can see, is absolutely breathtaking. I have never come across such beautiful colours before. The Blush Palette is even more breathtaking. Read on to see my full review and swatches...

As you can see, the blush palette comes with three shades: Palace Door, Glowing Still and Heavy Crown. Palace Door is a stunning peach-toned rose gold and it adds the most beautiful and regal glow to your cheeks. If you are the type of person who loves matte blushes, I would avoid this blush. But, having said that, you would be massively missing out. As always, Zoeva lives up to its expectations of having products with pure pigmentation and beautiful colours. The blush really surprised me. Originally, I thought I would not be that fussed by it. But aren't they just the best products? The ones that surprise you! The shimmer within it really compliments the highlight inside the palette, also. Glowing Still is a white iridescent highlight that consumes a gold shimmer. I have olive-toned skin and the golden tone, within the highlight, is so complimentary on my skin. I have found most highlights have a pink-tone or a silver shimmer to them.  But this is so different to any other highlight on the market due to its golden glisten. It looks very white when you open up the palette but do not let that put you off. The colour is like nothing I have ever tried before. It's extremely pigmented and highlights your cheekbones exquisitely. Glowing Still really is the star of the show within this blush palette. Now, the disappointing side of this palette was the bronzer Heavy Crown. Unfortunately, it is way too light for my skin tone. It does say it is a muted matte chocolate but I would say it is more catered towards lighter skin tones. However, I have used it for an eyeshadow base and a transition colour and it works wonders in that way. So if you have medium-dark skin tones, I would say don't let the bronzer put you off because you can use it in other ways. It is also a good bronzer for an all over colour, just to add that bronzed-tint to your complexion. Overall, I'm so impressed with this palette. For £13 pound you just can't go wrong with it! The product glides onto your skin silky and light. Not only this, it is infused with Vitamin E so it nourishes your skin whilst giving the most exquisite and perfected colour to your contour.

Rose Golden Eyeshadow Palette

Zoeva Rose Golden Eyeshadow Palette

Isn't it beautiful? This palette truly is fit for a princess and is so classy and gorgeously marketed. Zoeva has stated that the Rose Golden palette has been inspired by 'a woman's gentle side', which just makes this product even more feminine and chic. I feel like I'm late on the trend for the rose golden palette but it's not going to stop me using it all year round. The palette possesses a range of beautiful rose gold shades and smoky hues, which create a sparkly feminine but smoky look.

Firstly, the blend-ability and longevity of this palette are literally insane, which is due to the ultra-micronised formula it instils. This palette is a great all-round product, due to its range of finishes and colours. It has matte, metallic and satin finishes and, again, it is enriched with Vitamin E so leaves your eyes feeling nourished all day. The eyeshadows have a velvety smooth texture and are highly pigmented. For the best results and following Jaclyn Hill's technique, I always put the product on the brush and then spritz Mac Fix + onto the brush before applying. This is not to enhance the longevity because it does not need it but, instead to enhance the shimmer and make the product stick. On application, there is simply no fallout, which just makes this product even more irresistible.

As you can see the colours are so luxurious and classy. The Zoeva Palettes, much to my surprise, are so affordable (£18) and contends with Urban Decay's Naked Palette. Overall, Zoeva has impressed me. I will be collecting all of the palettes so keep an eye out for further reviews. This gorgeous eyeshadow palette will also be available to win in my upcoming Easter giveaway. So follow me on my social media for an update on that.

Hope you enjoyed the post! Let me know of your favourite Zoeva Eyeshadow Palettes. Like I said, I want them all!
