Morphe 35O Eyeshadow Palette

Morphe 35O Eyeshadow Palette It's Cultured Blog Post
About a year ago, there was a big hype around the ever-so-popular Morphe 35O eyeshadow palette (thanks to Jaclyn Hill). But, for some reason, I never took the leap into buying it. Yes, I can hear you saying 'is she crazy?' I feel like I am too after now being connected with this eyeshadow palette. As the summer is now over and the autumn is approaching, I thought I would purchase it as the Morphe 35O literally has every warm and autumnal shade you want/need. When the postman dropped it off, I ripped open the box like a mad woman. When I opened the Morphe 35O, my face was genuinely a replica of the heart-eyed emoji. It was a very magical moment. Where has this palette been all my life? Not only is this palette filled with matte shades it also has shimmery and (almost) foiled eyeshadows. Yes, that's right, a matte eyeshadow palette with just the right amount of shimmery and foiled shades to suit you this autumn. It has every dream eyeshadow colour, from fiery coppers to chocolate browns and from rust oranges to soft browns. It is without a doubt the best autumn eyeshadow palette I have seen and tried on the market. What more could a girl want? The Morphe 35O is definitely the best eyeshadow palette I have tried in a while. Read on to find out why...

Morphe's makeup is booming within the beauty industry as one of the best affordable brands out there. Not only are they affordable but the quality of their products is sensational. I have a few of their makeup brushes, which I class as my holy grail brushes. If you haven't heard much about Morphe, head over to Jaclyn Hill's Youtube channel. Whenever I'm looking for a specific beauty product, I always go to Jaclyn Hill's channel as she speaks the truth about beauty products. And just like her, I have never regretted any purchase I have made from Morphe. If you are after a palette for the autumn that has every colour you need and is affordable, then the Morphe 35O is the one for you. Or if you are looking for a great starter palette, then again I would highly recommend this one.

The palette comes with 35 shades, ranging from matte, shimmery and foiled.  If you haven't heard of Morphe, they are an American drugstore brand. These shadows, however, don't feel like drugstore eyeshadows at all. In fact, I am so ridiculously impressed with the shadows within this palette. I mean putting the beauty of the palette aside, the shadows could look beautiful but apply awfully. This is not the case with this palette at all. The eyeshadows are smooth, buttery and extremely pigmented. Not only this, they wear for a very long time and blend like a dream. At only £19.50 (Beauty Bay), you can't really go wrong. When Beauty Bay restocked this palette, I was quick to snap it up and now writing this post it appears to be sold out. Cult Beauty, however, currently has the palette still in stock at £21.75. I would be quick to purchase it if you are after this beauty. I will add some links up at the bottom of the post of where to buy the palette and Morphe.

Usually, with a drugstore eyeshadow palette, you can expect a lot of fallout but with the Morphe 35O, there is none. Even the matte shades are not too powdery, which is usually the case with cheaper eyeshadows. The matte shades are easily blended too and have the most amazing colour pay off. The shimmery and almost foiled eyeshadows within the palette are also sensational. They are intensely pigmented and again you don't get any fallout in using them. The ones I am referring to as the 'foiled eyeshadows' have a more creamy and thicker consistency than the shimmery ones. They remind me of the Makeup Geek Foiled Eyeshadows from their consistency and colours. I wouldn't say that Morphe is the exact same as Makeup Geek but I will say they are very close, especially with this palette. When applying the foiled eyeshadows from the Morphe 35O, I spritz my brush with a bit of Mac Fix + after applying the product to the brush. This gives you a packed on glitter look and decreases the chance of fallout (not that there is any) and increases pigmentation. But again, I would suggest this with high-end products too. Although most of the colours in the palette are warmed toned, there are some cool toned and highlighting shades within the palette too. Here are some close ups...

I'm just going to throw this out there, if I was told right now to choose a favourite eyeshadow palette I would choose this Morphe 35O eyeshadow palette. I live for warm eyeshadows! So if a palette has browns, oranges and reds I live for it. There is no day where I don't incorporate this palette into my eyeshadow looks. Even if I switch it up and use a different palette, I find myself picking the Morphe 35O up for at least one colour. The only thing that is negative about the palette is that it is HUGE. So in regards to travel, you probably won't be able to take it unless you find a way of depotting them and putting them in a Z Palette. If anyone knows how to, please drop me a comment below. But genuinely, this eyeshadow palette is my ride or die eyeshadow palette. Although the size of the palette is big, the eyeshadows slay so hard that I will find a place in my luggage for it. As you can see the palette is full of the perfect autumnal shades and it is astonishingly affordable. As I said, what more could a girl want? The Morphe 35O is the best eyeshadow palette I have tried in a while and I highly recommend it. As I said, the eyeshadow palette is sold out on Beauty Bay but they have a range of Morphe Products, which you can see here. Or you can purchase this palette from Cult Beauty, here. If you want to buy it, I would be quick because it sold out on Beauty Bay in under a week. Although, do not worry if you miss out on purchasing it as it is a permanent Morphe product and will no doubt be restocked. Have you tried any Morphe Products before? Comment below on your favourite ones. Or if you have tried any of their other eyeshadow palettes, which are your favourites?

  6. Loved your in depth post! I was hoping for some shade names as I'm looking to make my own Morphe palette with some of these shades but I guess they don't name them? It looks amazing anyway and they're such good value!
